If your order has already shipped it cannot be cancelled. If however you received the wrong item, please contact us at customerservice@1907water.com or call 1855 371 4544 (Toll Free from USA only) or +64 9 376 8989 (from New Zealand) and we will replace the shipment with the appropriate item.
